What can I store at Chilly’s?
Chilly's provides refrigerated and frozen storage for fish boxes, seafood products, game meat, lodge overflow, commercial inventory, and other temperature-sensitive items. If you are unsure whether your items are eligible for storage, please contact us before making a reservation.
What if I bring more boxes than I reserved?
Reservations are priced according to the number of fish boxes selected during checkout.
- 1–3 Box Reservations are limited to 3 fish boxes.
- 4–10 Box Reservations are limited to 10 fish boxes.
Customers arriving with additional boxes may be charged additional storage fees based on available capacity.
What Happens If I Miss My Pickup Date?
Reserved items not picked up by the scheduled pickup date may be subject to additional storage charges.
Customers are responsible for contacting Chilly's if pickup arrangements need to be modified.
Where is Chilly’s located?
Chilly's is located at 36230 Pero Street, Soldotna, Alaska. Conveniently positioned near the Kenai Peninsula's fishing and processing operations. Detailed drop-off instructions will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.
Do I need to reserve online?
Yes. All storage reservations must be booked online before arrival. Reservations help us manage capacity, prepare storage space, and provide efficient customer service.
How is storage priced?
Storage pricing is based on the number of fish boxes reserved and the selected storage duration. Additional fees may apply for late pickups, excess box quantities, or special handling requests.
Do you offer refrigerated and frozen storage?
Yes. Chilly's offers temperature-controlled storage options for both refrigerated and frozen products depending on your storage needs.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Pickup and delivery services may be available by request depending on staff availability, scheduling, and location. Please contact Chilly's directly to discuss availability and pricing.

How do I reserve space?
Visit the Reservations page, select the storage option that best fits your needs, choose your drop-off window, complete the intake questions, and submit payment to confirm your reservation.
Can I Modify My Reservation After Booking?
Reservation modifications may be possible depending on availability. Please contact Chilly's as soon as possible if you need to adjust your reservation dates, quantity, or storage requirements.
Is My Product Insured While in Storage?
Customers remain responsible for ensuring their products are properly packaged and suitable for storage. Chilly's maintains secure facilities but recommends customers maintain any desired insurance coverage for stored products.
Can Commercial Customers Reserve Bulk Storage?
Yes. Chilly's offers storage solutions for commercial operators, lodges, processors, and larger-volume customers.
Commercial pricing and availability may vary based on quantity and duration. Please contact Chilly's directly for large-volume storage requests.
What Storage Durations Are Available?
Current reservation options range from 2-day to 14-day storage cycles. Longer-term storage solutions may be available upon request.
