Reservation Services

Chilly's Alaska provides refrigerated and frozen storage reservation services. Because storage space is reserved specifically for each customer and booking date, reservations are generally non-refundable once confirmed.

Reservation Changes

Customers needing to modify a reservation should contact Chilly's as soon as possible.

Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate reservation changes based on availability, scheduling, and operational capacity.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined based on:

  • Time remaining before the scheduled reservation

  • Reserved storage capacity

  • Operational scheduling impacts

  • Administrative costs already incurred

Chilly's reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.

No-Show Reservations

Customers who fail to arrive during their scheduled reservation window without prior notice may forfeit their reservation and any associated fees.

Additional Storage Fees

Customers who do not retrieve their items by the scheduled pickup date may be subject to additional storage charges.

Additional fees must be paid before stored items are released.

Pickup & Delivery Services

Any pickup or delivery fees are non-refundable once service has been performed.

Damaged or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact Chilly's within 30 days of the transaction.

We will investigate and correct verified billing errors promptly.
