All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

Chilly's reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify reservations when necessary for operational, safety, or capacity reasons.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Arriving during their scheduled drop-off window
  • Picking up stored items by the scheduled pickup date
  • Properly packaging all items for storage
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Additional Fees

Reservations are based on the storage duration and quantity selected during booking.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Additional storage days
  • Additional fish boxes beyond the reserved quantity
  • Special handling requests
  • Pickup or delivery services
  • Other services requested after booking

5. Pickup and Delivery Services

Pickup and delivery services are offered only when available and are not guaranteed.

Availability is determined by scheduling, staffing, and operational requirements.

Additional charges may apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Chilly's takes reasonable measures to maintain secure and temperature-controlled storage facilities, Chilly's shall not be liable for:

  • Product spoilage resulting from improper packaging
  • Customer packaging failures
  • Acts of God
  • Power outages beyond reasonable control
  • Natural disasters
  • Delays caused by weather, road closures, or emergencies
  • Losses exceeding the amount paid for storage services

Customers are responsible for ensuring items are suitable for storage.

7. Late Pickups

Customers are responsible for retrieving stored items by their scheduled pickup date.

Items not picked up as scheduled may incur additional storage fees.

Chilly's reserves the right to contact customers regarding overdue reservations and may take further action as permitted by law if items remain unclaimed.

8. Commercial Storage

Commercial storage services may be subject to additional agreements, pricing structures, and operating requirements.

Chilly's reserves the right to establish separate policies for commercial customers.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with website operation
  • Submit false reservation information
  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems

10. Changes to Services
